Storm on the Horizon
April 1st 2011
Hello folks, this is Jay Phillips with the J-Transfer. Last night we saw an exciting tag team match featuring Ash and Storm Harrison against Marty Anderson and Slugger Malone. It was a hard fought battle but in the end, Slugger Malone and Marty Anderson were victorious. Storm Harrison was knocked out cold and bloodied by Slugger Malone and I wanted to get his thoughts on it.
Storm Harrison: Jay, I'm not even sure what happened. I was battling Marty Anderson, he manages to get a tag, and then everything was a blur. The next thing I know, I'm looking at the ceiling with blood flowing into my eyes.
Jay Phillips: Did you watch the tape of the match afterwards?
SH: Yeah, Malone came in like a tornado, cold clocked me, belted Ash off the apron, and then knocked me right out. I won't take anything away from Malone. He's a fierce competitor, for sure, but let's face facts. He should be thanking Marty Anderson for that victory. Malone barely did anything in the match. I don't think this is over yet. Malone, you got in a good shot but it won't happen again. Let's do this one on one. When you find yourself in the ring with Storm Harrison, you'd better find shelter!
JP: A strong challenge to be sure. Any thoughts on your partner, Ash?
SH: Ash is a great guy and someone you want in your corner. I'm sorry we lost the match but I'd definitely have his back anytime. Ash, you ever need my help, don't hesitate to call. I'll be there.
JP: Before I let you go, the fans really seem to be taking a liking to you. How have you been enjoying this reception?
SH: It's been wonderful, Jay. I'm just trying to make a name for himself here and the NRWL fans are the best support you could ask for. With the fans behind me I'm really going to go places. You can count on that!
Storm Harrison is ready to step back into the ring with Slugger Malone. With Malone accept? I'm certain we will find out soon!
